Who is your hero?

My current hero is Greta Thunberg, the climate activist. She is the voice of a major movement and at such a young age has proven that age is not a barrier to having your voice heard.

What's your favorite fast food chain?

Portillos - It's not even a question!

What is your eco-friendly event tip?

Remember the basics of the 5 Rs and reduce, reuse, and recycle as many elements of your event as possible!  Wedding Decor like card boxes and votive candles are typically only used once then collect dust in your home or get sent to the landfill in perfect condition. There are many resources to purchase and reuse decor from another couple's wedding that fit your same vision and ultimately help your budget and carbon footprint your event leaves decrease.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

Helping create and bring a vision to life and seeing all of the stress and planning pay off when our clients are truly in the moment and enjoying this beautiful thing we have created together with their friends and family. That moment when they see it come to life for the first time makes it all worth it, every time.

What are your hobbies?

Trying new local restaurant and coffee shops - especially since I work from home. I also enjoy hiking during any season. All Trails is the best app to find local trails.

What is your coffee order?

I'm actually a chai tea gal! My go to is an Iced Chai Latte with Oat Milk topped with the seasonal cold foam.

What is your eco-friendly event tip?

Be mindful of food waste for your event. This can be controlled by your food sections/displays. Always talk to your caterer and venue to see what options there are to eliminate food waste,

What is your eco-friendly event tip?

Use eco-friendly stationery. Using a company like Paper Culture can help save the environment while also creating beautiful, memorable invitations. At Paper Culture, a tree is planted for every order that is placed. They also use 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Why not use gorgeous designs AND be sustainable and help save the environment?
