TG Summit - Passenger Buses/Shuttles:

• Monday, July 7th: Pickup at DEN Airport > Drop off: Omni Interlocken 

  • The shuttle will pick up from the Denver airport every hour starting at 9:30am - 7:30pm MT

  •  Hotel check-in is at 4pm MT and early check in is not guaranteed

  • Shuttle times: 

    • 9:30AM MT (first shuttle)

    • 10:30AM MT

    • 11:30AM MT

    • 12:30PM MT

    • 1:30PM MT

    • 2:30PM MT

    • 3:30PM MT

    • 4:30PM MT

    • 5:30PM MT

    • 6:30PM MT

    • 7:30PM MT (last shuttle - drop off at Omni Interlocken around 8:15pm MT)

  • Please see below for instructions on where to find the passenger buses once you land at DEN Airport

 

• Wednesday, July 9th: Pickup at Omni Interlocken > Drop off: DEN Airport 

  • The shuttle will pick up from Omni Interlocken every hour starting at 12:30pm - 4:30pm MT.

  •  Hotel check-out is at 11am MT and late check out is not guaranteed

  • Shuttle times:

    • 12:30PM MT

    • 1:30PM MT

    • 2:30PM MT

    • 3:30PM MT

    • 4:30PM MT (last shuttle - drop off to DEN airport around 5:15pm MT)

To note: you are not assigned to a specific shuttle group or designated time. You are responsible for getting on a shuttle at one of the times listed above. 

 

IMPORTANT: where to find the passenger buses once you land at DEN Airport

• Step 1: when you land, take the airport train to "Baggage Claim" 

• Step 2: once you get your baggage (if you checked a bag), go to escalator and Meet Erin from the Designed & Detailed Planning Team - Erin can be reached at 630.453.3086

• Step 3: walk outside at Door 504 West

• Step 4: Walk to First Curb

• Step 5: The Passenger Bus will be waiting with TG Summit Logo in the windows

• Step 6: Get on the bus and officially start the TG SUMMIT FUN!
